These Interview Participant Terms apply when you participate in an AI voice interview powered by KSP Studio, Inc. dba UserJourneys ("UserJourneys," "we," "us," or "our").
The company or product team that invited you to participate is our customer (the "Customer"). UserJourneys provides the interview technology and analysis tools for the Customer.
1. Agreement to These Terms
By selecting "Start now," allowing microphone access, speaking with the AI interviewer, or otherwise beginning an interview, you agree to these Interview Participant Terms.
If you do not agree, do not start the interview. You can close the page instead.
2. Voluntary Participation
Participation is voluntary. You can choose not to start the interview, stop participating, close the interview, or decline microphone access at any time.
If the Customer offers a reward, incentive, or follow-up, the Customer is responsible for those terms unless UserJourneys expressly says otherwise.
3. AI Interview Experience
The interview is conducted by an AI voice agent. The AI agent may ask questions, respond to your answers, and ask follow-up questions based on what you say.
4. Recording and Processing
If you start an interview, your voice, responses, transcript, language, timing, quality signals, and related technical metadata may be recorded or processed. The interview may also generate summaries, themes, quotes, and insights for the Customer.
Depending on the interview configuration, UserJourneys or the Customer may ask for optional contact information, such as your email address. This may be used to send you an interview link, let the Customer follow up, or provide a reward.
Do not provide contact information if you do not want it processed for that purpose.
5. What Not to Share
Please do not share sensitive information that is not needed for the interview.
This includes health information, payment card numbers, financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, passwords, private keys, or information about children.
If you accidentally share sensitive information, contact the Customer or UserJourneys so the relevant data can be reviewed under the Privacy Policy.
6. How Your Interview May Be Used
Your interview may be used to help the Customer understand product feedback, user experience, cancellation reasons, onboarding issues, feature requests, bugs, product opportunities, and similar research questions.
Customer-authorized team members may review interview summaries, transcripts, quotes, themes, and related insights.
UserJourneys processes your interview to provide, secure, support, maintain, and improve the Service.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and delete personal information. The Customer may also have its own privacy policy or research notice that applies to its use of your interview data.
If you want to exercise privacy rights related to an interview, contact the Customer first because they invited you and determine how the research is used. You can also contact UserJourneys at founders@userjourneys.ai.
8. Ownership and License
You remain responsible for what you choose to say or submit. By participating, you permit UserJourneys and the Customer to process your interview responses and related data for the purposes described in these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Customer's applicable notices.
9. Changes
We may update these Interview Participant Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when these terms were last updated.
